84 Lumber Buys Indiana Facility

84 Lumber is expanding its manufacturing reach in Indiana.

According to WISH TV, 84 Lumber Company purchased a 84,000 square-foot former Trussway facility in Franklin, Indiana.

84 Lumber plans to renovate the facility. Inside Indiana Business reports that 84 Lumber will invest more than $5.5 million and create up to 100 jobs by 2019. The plant will build wood roof trusses, floor trusses and wall panels.

President Maggie Hardy Magerko told Inside Indiana Business that the Franklin facility “will allow us to better serve and provide materials to our builders in the region.”
