This year, ABC Supply is celebrating both its 40th anniversary and its 16th consecutive Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award.
ABC Supply has long partnered with the Gallup Organization to be measured against a set of rigorous criteria that assesses employee engagement. Gallup studies millions of employees and organizations around the world, and its research and data show that exceptional workplaces share two common characteristics: a people-focused business strategy and a committed workplace culture. These characteristics speak to an employer’s ability to create a positive, supportive culture where employees feel engaged and motivated to succeed.
The Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award recognizes the top companies around the world that incorporate employee engagement into the bedrock of how they do their work, motivate their teams and achieve business outcomes.
