Alexander Lumber Co., based in Aurora, Ill. has named Richard Vancil as Executive Vice President, effective Aug. 31.
In his new leadership position, Rick will oversee the company’s Finance, IT, Human Resource, Manufacturing and Business Development departments.

Vancil grew up primarily in the Midwest. He has more than 30 years of experience working in the building materials distribution and manufacturing business and has held leadership positions with 84 Lumber, Wolohan Lumber, Wickes Lumber, Neumann Distribution, Foxworth-Galbraith and most recently Stock Building Supply.
