SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — American Construction Source (ACS) has expanded in Northern California with the acquisition of Weaver Lumber. ACS, which was formed in 2018, is a building materials distribution platform for custom home builders and repair and remodel contractors, backed by Angeles Equity Partners, LLC, and Clearlake Capital Group, L.P.
Weaver Lumber, in Redding, California, will continue to operate under its existing local brand name.
