Ben Skoog to lead brand integration at Do it Best

FORT WAYNE, Ind. — Do it Best Corp. has added another industry veteran to its marketing team. Effective immediately, Ben Skoog will take on the role of director of brand integration.

In this leadership position, Skoog will spearhead the development, management, and growth of branding initiatives and marketing strategies on behalf of Do it Best member-owners, the co-op announced. Skoog will leverage his industry experience to drive innovation in the areas of consumer marketing, exclusive brand strategies and retail programs.

“Ben brings an impressive amount of experience and expertise to this important position on our team,” said Rich Lynch, vice president of marketing. “Ben joining Do it Best is the latest example of our commitment to delivering innovative programs that lead to increased growth and profitability for our members.”

Skoog brings more than 25 years of relevant industry experience to Do it Best, with a strong focus on the building materials industry. He has served in a variety of sales, marketing and leadership roles, including serving as vice president of growth and innovation for a national manufacturer of cladding products for the construction industry.
