Each manufactured stone starts with the expertise of professionals in the field. Organic stones are selected from unique geographic locations by trained stone masons and used to create realistic, handcrafted master molds. Our masons’ careful attention to the contours and varying hues of natural stone ensures our manufactured stone veneer profiles are unique and native-looking.
This authentic quarried stone molding, not computer modeling or CAD imaging, results in a near-perfect replica with all the depth, character, texture and nuance of natural stone. Edges, corners, reliefs and faces are expertly chiseled by hand, ensuring that even the smallest detail is accurate. Because we base them on real stones, our products offer the natural shadow lines and depth that are impossible to produce with purely invented designs.
Premium materials
High-quality aggregates, Portland cement, natural oxides and pigments are blended to create a concrete-like mixture that matches the look, feel and strength of original stone, for an authenticity that is unmatched in our industry.

This is not a panelized product; each stone is solid and individual, for enduring quality and character. ProVia stone is certified by the NCMA, as well – our products achieved a new benchmark in the industry for physical properties, shear bond strength, freeze-thaw durability, and linear drying shrinkage.
Precious cargo
Attention to detail doesn’t stop at the end of the production line. For the journey from facility to jobsite, our stones are cradled in wax-coated, weather-resistant corrugated cardboard boxes and slip-sheeted between layers to prevent damage. This meticulous packaging protects the stone from breakage during shipping, and it weathers much longer at the jobsite.
