FORT WAYNE, Ind. — Do it Best Corp. has created a new position on its Sales and Business Development team. Effective immediately, Chris Beach will take on the role of member growth manager. In this leadership position, he will work closely with Do it Best member-owners to drive strategic, sustained growth in a rapidly evolving industry.
“As we continually invest in our ability to serve as strategic partners in our members’ growth, Chris is the perfect person to lead this key initiative,” said Nick Talarico, vice president of Sales and Business Development. “His experience in developing creative solutions to complex problems, his vast industry knowledge, and his commitment to our members’ success make him the ideal person for this position.”
Beach joined Do it Best in January as a strategic projects manager and has more than a decade of experience in the wholesale hardware and industrial MRO channels, collaborating with independent retailers and commercial end users on growth and profitability initiatives. As member growth manager, he will oversee a team partnering with members on a full range of growth opportunities, including leading current businesses through remodels and expansions, and driving growth through acquisitions and ground up development.
