Do it Best taps Ty Sordelet as VP of Logistics

Do it Best has announced Ty Sordelet as its new Vice President of Logistics. 

Sordelet brings over a decade of leadership experience in logistics innovation, supply chain optimization, and operational excellence. Since joining Do it Best in 2022 as a director of warehouse operations, Sordelet has played a pivotal role in driving process improvements, optimizing logistics strategies, and delivering exceptional value to the company’s members. 

Prior to his time at Do it Best, Sordelet served as a pathways general manager at Amazon, where he led transformative changes in fulfillment center operations. His efforts resulted in significant cost savings, enhanced operational metrics, and an improvement in safety standards. His leadership experience is further bolstered by his service in the US Navy as a Submarine Officer, where he managed high-stakes operations and led reactor maintenance on nuclear submarines.
