Fortress promotes Michael Jones to associate director, fencing

GARLAND, Texas — Continuing the expansion of their fencing portfolio, Fortress Building Products appointed Michael Jones to associate director, fencing category. In this leadership position, Jones will support the increase of aluminum, steel and composite fencing product sales, with an added emphasis on cultivating growth throughout the company’s high-security fencing division, the company announced.

Jones started with Fortress as a territory sales manager, eventually working his way to fencing product manager and most recently as fencing senior product manager.

“Michael has always represented the Fortress spirit. He puts our customers first and is constantly on the lookout for innovative solutions to better serve their needs,” said Toby Bostwick, VP of Product and Brand. “His enthusiasm for the fencing family of products will be the driving force we need to successfully reach new markets, especially throughout the high-security sector.”
