Gazaway Lumber Co. acquires City Lumber Co.

Arkansas-based Gazaway Lumber announced the company has acquired City Lumber Co., which has been in operation since 1926.

Company President Todd Gazaway shared the news via social media:

“We start a new venture today with the purchase of City Lumber Co. of Fayetteville, AR. On Monday, Dec. 9th we reopen[ed] as Gazaway Lumber Co. at 1204 S. School Ave.

Thanks for the warm welcome from the staff at City and the opportunity from the Lewis’ after 100 years of service to Northwest Arkansas!”

Gazaway Lumber is an Ace Hardware member that has been in Arkansas since 1963.
