The Tunnel to Towers Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization founded in tribute to New York Fire Department firefighter Stephen Siller, who died on September 11, 2001, during the September 11 attacks. Since 9/11, Tunnels to Towers have been helping America’s heroes by providing mortgage-free homes to Gold Star and fallen first responder families with young children and by building specially adapted smart homes for catastrophically injured veterans and first responders. They are also committed to eradicating veteran homelessness and helping America Never Forget September 11, 2001.

“The impact of Kodiak’s $20,000 donation to Tunnel to Towers goes far beyond monetary value. It paves the way towards healing and rebuilding lives devastated by sacrifice. Through mortgage-free homes and specially adapted smart homes, we can transform tragedy into triumph, offering comfort, independence, and a fresh start to catastrophically injured veterans, first responders, and their families,” said Andrew McClure, senior manager of development for Tunnel to Towers.

Kodiak has also recently pledged its support to charitable organizations focused on helping families, children, and veterans through its 2023 golf tournament held in September 2023.
