NEW YORK — Inc. magazine revealed, last week, that Kodiak Building Partners is No. 3979 on its 37th annual Inc. 5000, a ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents a look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent small businesses. Microsoft, Dell, Domino’s Pizza, Pandora, Timberland, LinkedIn, Yelp, Zillow, and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.

Kodiak building partners“We are honored to be in such good company with great entrepreneurs recognized in this survey. Since our founding in 2011, it has been a privilege to be a part of such an innovative and collaborative team.  Our growth is a testament to the remarkable employees across Kodiak who work hard every day to support the building of communities in the markets we serve,” said Steve Swinney, CEO of Kodiak Building Partners.

The 2018 Inc. 5000 achieved an astounding three-year average growth of 538.2%, and a median rate of 171.8%. The Inc. 5000’s aggregate revenue was $206.1 billion in 2017, accounting for 664,095 jobs over the past three years.
