Kodiak Building Partners strengthens continuous improvement team

Kodiak Building Partners announced two significant additions to its continuous improvement (CI) team: Lance Grimm as senior vice president (SVP) of CI and Robert Doshi as vice president (VP) of CI training and development. These appointments highlight Kodiak’s commitment to equip its national network of operating companies with the tools and expertise needed to thrive in an evolving and competitive market.

Lance Grimm brings over 15 years of experience in Lean operations and leadership to his role as SVP of continuous improvement. He will spearhead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes and foster a culture of innovation and problem-solving across Kodiak’s network. Previously serving in leadership roles at Target as director of engineered standards and at Rockwell Collins as principal manager of enterprise lean, Grimm has a proven track record of driving measurable results, including cost savings, increased team engagement and operational stability.

Robert Doshi joins Kodiak with more than 30 years of experience in operational excellence and leadership development. As VP of CI training and development, Doshi will oversee Kodiak’s Lean Enterprise Institute training and Train the Trainer programs, which are designed to expand CI capabilities throughout the organization. Known for his ability to build high-performing teams and foster cultures of excellence, Doshi will play a pivotal role in enhancing Kodiak’s CI knowledge base and supporting its local leaders.
