St. Paul, Minnesota – US LBM Holdings, LLC (“US LBM”) announces the acquisition of Lampert Lumber of St. Paul, MN from Dan Fesler, fourth generation owner, who will remain with the company as an advisor. Bob Egan will continue in his current role as President, leading Lampert’s day-to-day operations with his existing team.
The Minnesota-‐based company was founded in 1887 by two brothers with their purchase of a single lumber yard and has since grown to 33 locations serving the Upper Midwest. Lamperts is a leading building material distributor providing windows, doors, roofing, siding, insulation, millwork, cabinets, and framing materials to professional builders and consumers in their local markets.
