Wayne, Pa. — LMC has announced that some members have completed this year’s Leadership Excellence Masterclass. This executive-level program is designed for leaders who want to excel in today’s dynamic business landscape. This masterclass was held from April 16-19, 2023, at the Kellogg School of Management. It offered an opportunity for leaders to learn from Kellogg professors and industry experts, to gain valuable insights, and tools to enhance their leadership skills.
Responding to the ever-changing business environment, LMC says the Leadership Excellence Masterclass is carefully curated to provide LMC dealers with the latest research, transformational practices, and innovative solutions to address the challenges of today’s complex and uncertain business landscape. The program is designed for owners, senior managers, and next-gen leaders who are seeking to expand their leadership thinking and enhance their capabilities to drive organizational success.
Participants had the opportunity to engage in deep-dive sessions on a wide range of topics, including human-centered innovation, customer experience innovation, leading in uncertain times, leadership in the era of 5G, and getting good at getting great. These sessions were led by Kellogg professors who have been rated outstanding by past program attendees for their expertise and engaging teaching styles.

In addition to the in-depth sessions, participants had the opportunity to network and learn from their peers in a collaborative and supportive environment, allowing for rich discussions and exchange of ideas.
