LWI expands in St. Louis

Lumberman’s Wholesale, Inc. (LWI), a family-owned building material distributor is set to open a new location to distribute Westlake Royal Building Products into Southern Illinois and Eastern Missouri.

Based in Montgomery, Illinois, this is LWI’s first expansion into these markets. From the new location, LWI will service professional dealers and one-step distributors as well as provide training and installation support, while representing and distributing some of the industry’s top brands.

“We are excited to expand our geography and grow what our team has built with this trade territory expansion” said Jeff Esposito of LWI. “Our dedicated and knowledgeable team, strong support from key vendors, and the core values that my Dad opened our doors with in 1980 have gotten us where we are today. Relationships, quality, knowledge, and integrity are in our DNA. We are proud to represent our vendors, and we are excited to earn the business and create value to an expanded customer base.”
