Marcus Lumber is proud to announce the opening of a new sales office and product showroom in Sioux City, further expanding the company’s footprint and strengthening its commitment to serving contractors, remodelers, and design professionals across the Siouxland region.
The new location is intended to bring Marcus Lumber’s team, product expertise, and services closer to job sites in and around Sioux City. By doing so, the company aims to streamline the process of product specification, quoting, and sourcing materials.

The Sioux City office is already contributing to several projects in the region, including work
underway in Dakota Dunes, McCook Lake, Elk Point, and Sergeant Bluff. Known for its
dependable service, extensive product knowledge, and selection of trusted brands, Marcus
Lumber plans to use the new showroom as a central location where building professionals can access materials, project information, and project support.
