After more than 11 years of service at ENAP/LBM Advantage, Duncan Facey has tendered his retirement notice, the co-op announced in a press release.
Facey has been LBM Advantage’s vice president of Forest Products since 2009 and has “overseen dramatic growth in sales and efficiency, taking the Forest Products Division from $250 million at ENAP in 2009 to over $1 billion at LBM Advantage,” according to the press release.
LBM Advantage’s executive team and member-based search committee also announced the promotion of Tim Johnson, vice president of Southeastern Operations since 2017 and former president of IBSA, to vice president of Forest Products.
“We could not have found a better person to fill this important role. In addition to his depth of experience, Tim understands the co-op, and is dedicated to serving our members,” said Steve Sallah, president and CEO of LBM Advantage.
Johnson brings nearly 30 years of experience to his new role with ten years of executive leadership. He has been responsible for developing new sales territories and operations and has overseen strong growth in the Southeast region for LBM Advantage. He also has seven years of experience working for a hardware cooperative, making him uniquely capable of understanding our membership and what they expect from their cooperative, the co-op announced.
