Parr Lumber Company to acquire Trus-Way

Parr Lumber Company, of Hillsboro, Oregon, has acquired Trus-Way, Inc. and Trus-Way Tri-Cities, Inc. manufacturing locations in Washington. The transaction was completed on April 26.

Trus-Way was established in 1992 by Mark S. Turner, Ken Carty and Mark Smith. These two manufacturing facilities located in Vancouver and Sunnyside, Washington serve professional contractors and DIY customers in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Northern California.

Parr Lumber Company was founded in 1930 in the Portland area and today operates 34 facilities in Oregon and Washington, including professional and retail building supply yards, cabinet design centers, manufacturing plants, and wholesale hardware distribution.
