VistaGrande® doors from Masonite
A new flush-glazed fiberglass door design from Masonite offers additional glass area, designed with roughly 18% more glass. VistaGrande doors are designed to forgo typical glazing bead or line frames. Stile-and-rail feature lines and a square edge aim to offer an authentic wood look. Doors include integrated mini blinds and numerous designs of internal grids. Two SDL bar designs—1 1/8″ and 3 1/2″—allow for different configurations in architectural styles. A fiberglass construction is designed to provide resistance to denting, splitting, cracking, warping and rusting. The door slabs carry a limited lifetime warranty. A 10″ bottom rail complies with ADA requirements. Doors are available in 6’8″ or 8′ heights as well as multiple door and sidelite widths.

TruGrain™ Porch Board made with Resysta®
Westech has teamed up with German-owned Resysta to offer TruGrain Porch Board made with Resysta. Said to deliver all of the aesthetic appeal of wood without the disadvantages like swelling, splintering and rotting, Westech says it’s the very first porch flooring product that looks like exotic or tropical hardwood, while being durable, sustainable and longlasting. Resysta’s main ingredient is rice husks, an agricultural waste product for which the company says there was no useful purpose, until now. Unlike products available in limited color options, TruGrain made with Resysta boasts the ability to be stained in 20 available environmentally friendly color shades. Stains can be applied either at the factory or on the jobsite.
