Rodney Bullion Named LMC Northwest Regional Manager Main ImageBeginning his career at age 16 in a Washington state hardware store, Bullion has since accumulated extensive experience across all facets of the LBM industry. After serving in the Navy and working within other industries, he returned to LBM. The next step in Rodney’s career was at LANOGA/Lumbermens, where he spearheaded supply chain procurement initiatives and helped grow the organization from 20 to over 80 locations in less than a decade. Following this success, he transitioned into operations management, where he excelled at developing teams and identifying operational efficiencies. His path then led him to TAL Building Centers, where as regional manager, he played a pivotal role in the company’s expansion from 7 to 31 locations. Most recently, he has overseen multiple critical areas including learning and development, safety, fleet, and facilities at TAL Building Centers, rounding out his comprehensive understanding of the industry’s various facets.

In his new role at LMC, Bullion is excited about working with independent dealers in the Northwest region. Having been involved in approximately 100 merger and acquisition activities throughout his career, he has consistently observed that LMC members demonstrated superior business and operational standards.
