Seven Cost-Saving Benefits of a Warehouse Management System No matter how large or varied your inventory, whether your distribution business is regional or national, lumber...

Kellog Supply Company - Showroom StrategiesAn Interview with Steve Garza, Sales Manager with Kellogg Supply Co.:

Q: Your North Carolina locations offer extensive facilities in the Outer Banks area. Can you describe exactly what your company has available?
A: At our seven different locations we offer four lumberyards, one kitchen/bath/flooring showroom called the Kellogg Design Center, and two houseware/giftware stores called The Cottage.

Q: The showroom in your Manteo location, which is a full service home center, got a facelift last year. What type of assistance did you get from your suppliers?
A: Most of our suppliers provided some level of co-op dollars to support the renovation at Manteo. Huttig Building Products was very helpful in getting manufacturers to set up and assemble many displays. As a result, we now have a showroom experience where customers can touch and feel products, get literature and samples, and meet with their consumer clients.
