SRS Distribution acquires C.C. Supply

McKinney, Texas — SRS Distribution Inc. has acquired C.C. Supply, a distributor of residential and commercial roofing, siding, windows & doors, and other related products. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Barberton, Ohio, C.C. Supply was founded in the early 1970s by Tony Crookston Jr. and is currently owned and managed by three of his sons—Tony III, Dan, and Larry Sr. The company also operates two other locations in Akron and Wooster.

Supply represents a strategic opportunity to expand our presence in an existing market, while gaining a new and loyal customer base. By combining the local relationships and knowledge of C.C. Supply with the resources of SRS, we will further enhance the Company’s reputation for delivering outstanding customer service and provide new growth opportunities for all employees,” said Dan Tinker, president and CEO of SRS Distribution.
