Homeowners can now enjoy industry-leading durability with new TruOrganics™ wood grain texture.
Cali Bamboo, the leading manufacturer of green building materials made primarily from bamboo, launched its latest eco-friendly product offering: BamDeck® TruOrganics™ 3G composite decking. A fusion of the company’s InfinityShield™ protection and proven BamDeck® 3G CoreMax™ Technology, the decking features industry-leading durability with a never-before-seen TruOrganics™ wood grain texture. BamDeck® TruOrganics™ 3G composite decking is now available nationwide, and priced competitively.
“We are proud to offer this beautiful new composite decking option that has the look and feel of real wood while maintaining our core principles of sustainability,” said Jeff Goldberg, founder and CEO of Cali Bamboo. “The co-extruded InfinityShield™ covering is what allows us to add a natural wood grain texture with distinct rays and knots.”
BamDeck® TruOrganics™ 3G composite decking was engineered with Cali Bamboo’s leading eco-minded technologies to ensure it outperforms other composites in every category. The only decking made from 60% recycled bamboo fibers and 40% recycled HDPE plastics, BamDeck® composite decking is inherently denser than other leading composites, and third-party tests in accordance with ASTM’s regulations have found it to be at least 3.6x as strong, and 90% less absorbent than other leading composites. Cali Bamboo’s proven CoreMax™ technology implements specially engineered cylindrical chambers that run the length of each board, increasing tensile strength by 35% while reducing overall weight by 20%. Like other Cali Bamboo composite decking options, TruOrganics™ 3G composite decking is easy to install with a hidden fastener system and is backed by a 10-year commercial and 25-year residential warranty.
BamDeck´TruOrganics™ 3G composite decking is available in two colors: Royal Gray, a sleek and contemporary color, and Sienna, a warm, earthy brown reminiscent of genuine lumber. The 8’ boards feature reversible sides with textures designed to mimic the natural wood grain of oak and elm wood, giving DIY-ers endless design possibilities.
