MEDFORD, Wis. — Weather Shield Mfg., Inc., manufacturer of Weather Shield Windows & Doors, announced today that Chris Schield has been promoted from director of product marketing to vice president of marketing. He brings 12 years of product development, brand management and channel management experience in the building products industry to his new role. He holds bachelor’s degrees in management and finance, and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin.
Schield takes over responsibilities from both Jeff Kibler, now manager of architectural and commercial solutions, and Vice President of Sales Todd Hallstrand, who was previously vice president of sales and marketing.
