White Cap, the leading distributor of specialty construction supplies and safety products for professional contractors, has acquired Kris-Con, a supplier of specialty construction supplies and equipment rentals to commercial contractors serving the Houston and Austin metropolitan areas.
Kris-Con is now part of the White Cap suite of brands, branches and value-added services.
